MumFit pregnancy in Chorlton provides a safe environment to maintain your strength for an active & healthy pregnancy.
A gentle to moderate exercise class providing the pregnant body with an invigorating, yet safe workout. The majority of the work will be on an exercise matt based upon pilates principles, with the use of some resistance bands. We will strengthen and tone the legs, glutes, core, back and upper body. The class will also include pelvic floor exercises, gentle stretching and breathing/relaxing techniques. Please note though that this is not a pregnancy pilates or yoga class but a pregnancy fitness class.

This is a low impact exercise class appropriate for all levels of fitness during pregnancy. It is suitable from 13 weeks onwards and therefore once you have had your 12 week scan, all the way up until 40 weeks. You will need to fill out a health questionnaire at your first class but please do email us in advance with any known injuries or pregnancy complications/queries which may limit the exercise you can undertake - [email protected]
MumFit pregnancy exercise class is every Wednesday, 6.15pm-7pm at Brookburn Primary School, Chorlton, M21 8EH.
What to bring
Please bring your own exercise/yoga mat. Please also wear a good quality sports bra and drink plenty of water before, during and after the class.
£64 for an 8 week block (redeemable within 10 weeks). You will be issued with a pass at your first class which will then be stamped each time you attend. Please do contact us if you are within 8 weeks of your due date and wish to do a shorter block as this can sometimes be accommodated.
