MumFit Classes

Pre/postnatal Exercise Classes

MumFit provides prenatal and postnatal exercise classes for mums bringing along their babies and toddlers.

We offer two types of class: MumFit Circuits and MumFit Pregnancy.

MumFit is suitable for all levels of fitness, so please don’t be shy and come give it a try! For the majority of the workouts we offer modifications at levels 1, 2 or 3 so each mum can work at the appropriate level for her. We encourage you to build up gradually over the weeks. Our classes are also very sociable, with many mums/mums to be staying behind for a coffee and a natter after classes. To participate in a MumFit class a 6-8 week GP health check is essential before commencing the class and if you have had a more complex delivery or c-section please get in touch before attending for the first time.

MumFit Pregnancy

MumFit pregnancy provides a safe environment to maintain your strength for an active & healthy pregnancy. The class will also prepare you physically for motherhood (and hopefully a easier labour!)

Every Wednesday, 6.15pm – 7pm at Brookburn Primary School, Chorlton, M21 8EH.

MumFit Circuits

An indoor postnatal circuits style exercise class for mums and their babies/toddlers. A combination of cardio, HIIT strength and conditioning for the whole body, focusing on the relevant areas for a new mum: glutes, abs, pelvic floor and more!

Every Monday, 11am-12noon at Wilmslow United Reform Church, Chapel Lane, Wilmslow. Every Wednesday, 11.15am – 12.15am at The Northern Tennis Club, in West Didsbury and every Wednesday 1-2pm at Strength & Performance gym, Parkgate Industrial estate in Knutsford.

Prices & Information

MumFit Circuits classes are £56 for an 8 class pass or £8 pay as you go. MumFit Pregnancy is £64 for an 8 week block. The 8 class passes are redeemable at all classes and have a 12 week expiry.

Please make sure you have filled in the registration form below before attending for the first time. Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before each class, particularly if it is your first class, so that we can check your tummy and discuss your pregnancy/postnatal recovery.
