MumFit offers specialised personal training for new or expectant mothers on either a 1-to-1 or small group basis. Supervision of babies, toddlers or young children can also be accommodated during these sessions. The sessions can take place at either RX Gym in West Didsbury, your home/garden or a local park.
The female body goes through enormous changes during pregnancy and it can be both an exciting yet anxious time.
